Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and winning projects on platforms like Upwork, as well as hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and staff augmentation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and build strong client connections.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client projects.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to optimize bidding strategy.
  • Manage CRM tools and maintain a clear record of leads, opportunities, and communication.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in online bidding (especially on Upwork).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation techniques.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or IT services sales is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and align services accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services.
