Trainee Sales Development Representative- SDR - Night Shift

Responsibilities
  1. Research and identify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  2. Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic location.
  3. Use advanced internet research techniques to gather contact information, business insights, and trigger events for outreach.
  4. Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce the company's tech solution.
  5. Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect based on their business needs and industry trends.
  6. Follow up consistently to nurture cold and warm leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  7. Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  8. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
  9. Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  10. Track response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs daily.
  11. Keep data clean, up-to-date, and aligned with sales and marketing campaigns.
  12. Work closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and the SDR Team Lead to align outreach strategies.
What you will learn

Minimum Requirements
  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong online research and information verification skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms is a plus.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn.
