Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Pakistan. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for assessing customer needs, preparing and presenting technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with sales teams to develop effective strategies. Additionally, the role involves participating in meetings with clients, addressing technical queries, and creating detailed reports and documentation to support sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Presales, Technical Consulting, and preparing technical proposals
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including brands like Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, and VMware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
