Role Overview: Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate GCP (Apigee) Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. This remote role will focus on the US region, providing a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses
  • Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns
  • Technical Expertise
  • Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integration
  • Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform.
  • Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and service
  • Client Engagement
  • Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
  • Collaboration and Support
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
  • Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically
  • A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
