As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to join our team in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our RCM solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical billing companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted healthcare sectors, including physician groups, clinics, and specialty practices.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring continuous flow of qualified leads.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations to keep ROOTS RCM competitive and relevant.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and online forums.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve service offerings.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Proven 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or RCM industry sales with demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline.
Strong experience in lead generation and business development.
Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, medical billing, and credentialing services.
Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
