Contour Software is looking for an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate to join the team as HR Systems Trainee. Reporting to the Senior HR Team Members and interacting closely with senior HR management, this role supports HR operations through systems and data. It is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in HR analytics and process automation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing HRIS and keep it operational.
  • Provide backup support in managing and updating HR systems.
  • Support data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.
  • Support reporting and analysis tasks using Workday HRMS.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues in collaboration with the Workday Team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • BBA/BS (HR/IT)
  • BSc. Computer Sciences/Data Analytics or similar
Skills Required
  • Knowledge of HR Systems or databases preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent data analytical skills.
  • Stress & Time management skills.
  • Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
  • MS-Office: strong spreadsheet skills for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Work Shift
  • Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
