Job Description:
Koruu Consultants, a New Zealand-based company providing visa consultancy and immigration solutions, is seeking an HR Manager with 1-year experience to join our Education Management industry team in Karachi. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
3. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs and paperwork completion.
