Sales Development Representative for International Market (Lahore)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic prospecting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Identify potential client needs and pain points to determine product fit.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.
Experience & Skills:
- 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and cloud-based software solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Studies
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales in the US or UK market
