We are looking for driven and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The role is ideal for those eager to kickstart their career in sales with a strong focus on cold calling. You'll play a critical role in engaging potential customers and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and interest in our solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture interest and build relationships.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions for qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling and engaging with prospects.
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A team player with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
