Company Description

Softzee is a rapidly growing software development agency working with startups and businesses globally. We're on the hunt for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and email.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in DHA, Lahore District. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, and supporting business development efforts. They will also be required to communicate effectively with potential clients, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outreach to potential leads via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Research and qualify prospects aligned with our target audience (startups, agencies, SMBs)
  • Craft and personalize messaging for outreach campaigns
  • Book discovery calls and manage the top-of-funnel sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and targeting strategies

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and productivity tools (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to grow in a tech sales role
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in sales or lead gen is a plus
  • Performance-based commission on every converted lead
  • Mentorship and training in modern B2B sales and SaaS outreach
  • Opportunity to grow into Sales or Account Executive roles
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented work environment
  • Exposure to international markets and tech clients
