We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to help manage and execute our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will excel in Notion project management, thrive in an asynchronous work environment, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging asynchronous tools to maintain momentum.
Create clear, concise project documentation and updates.
Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Support leadership in driving project goals and resolving challenges.
Strong experience with Notion project management software.
Proficiency with the latest AI tools to optimize project workflows.
Exceptional English proficiency with outstanding writing skills.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred: Background in startups or fast-paced environments.
