Project Manager Role

This role serves as a focal point for project management operations, ensuring that all projects are executed in alignment with organizational best practices.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, reviews, and meetings, while also facilitating enterprise-level resource allocation and adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.

To ensure the success of projects, this individual will maintain processes to guarantee that project management documentation, reports, and plans are accurate, complete, and relevant. They will also provide direction and support to the project team to adhere to quality standards during project implementation.

Maintenance and updates of the project management framework and disciplines will be handled by this person, enabling them to support a well-structured PMO.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong relationships with various departments, providing support through facilitation, tracking, reporting, and training.

This position requires the ability to perform tasks assigned by management, including understanding software development lifecycle, expertise in Microsoft tools such as MS Project, Project Server, and MS Office, and possessing highly motivated individuals capable of grasping complex software and learning quickly.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential for this role, which involves high-level technical issue understanding and coordination of interfaces between R&D, EA, IT, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of project planning, reviews, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
