Overview

Key Account Manager/ Technical Sales Manager will be offering Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper converged, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions including Cloud Storage and backup solutions to c-level executives in IT industry customers mainly based in US and Canada to fulfil their project requirements and objectives using great Presentation skills, excellent communication skills, product knowledge, strong selling and closing skills and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in day-to-day activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions and the products offerings
  • Present technical solutions to new and existing customers in a professional manner
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations in an online sales meeting
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, with focus on teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on product information.
  • Create a compelling sales proposal with pricing and technical brief.
  • Coordination with the customer for all kind of documentation, datasheets, catalogs etc.
  • Strong Follow-up with the customers to close the deal.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components is a must.
  • Experience of effectively using any CRM software would be great.
  • Knowledge of Datacenter solution would be a plus.
  • Be a selling expert with an attitude of a sales person.
  • Should be able to Sell IT products to clients in US and Canada.
  • Ability to understand and sell datacenter products, cloud based solutions and storage/ backup appliance.
  • Must be able to package and price the services and products according to client needs.
  • Demonstrative experience of hitting sales targets.
  • Convert qualified leads to opportunities and close the deal.
  • Ability to build a pipelines with quality leads.
  • Ability to build relationship with clients to obtain their confidence.
  • Understanding and an interest in the IT technology/ IT industry.
  • Experience of selling to C and D-level executives
  • Curious about how the business works and how you contribute to the organization's success.
  • Positive attitude, authentic, solution-oriented team player with a good sense of humor.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills.
  • Detail oriented, excellent team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Arrange and carry out Product Training.
  • Must be able to package and price the services and products according to client needs.
