Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales Manager acts as a strategic advisor, bridging customer business needs with technical solutions. This role involves delivering product demonstrations, crafting tailored solution architectures, supporting sales with technical expertise, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility, integration, and market alignment.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation:
- Act as a technical advisor to potential customers, understanding their business requirements and aligning them with company solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and technical workshops to showcase the solution's capabilities.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, IT teams, and business leaders, to define technical needs and propose solutions.
- Address technical RFPs, RFIs, and customer inquiries, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Develop and present tailored solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to drive deal closures by providing technical expertise and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements based on market needs.
- Conduct competitor analysis to highlight unique selling points (USPs) of company solutions.
- Assist in pricing, licensing models, and cost estimations for customer proposals.
Solution Design & Customization:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with internal teams for feasibility assessments.
- Create technical documentation, solution briefs, and whitepapers to educate customers and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of solutions with existing customer environments.
Job Specification:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience (No. of Years):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise solutions in domains like Cloud, AI, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure.
