We're seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) – RCM Services to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and acquire new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, private practices, and medical groups).
  2. Consultative Selling: Present tailored RCM solutions, medical billing, and credentialing services to decision-makers.
  3. End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle – prospecting, cold outreach, sales meetings, and closing deals.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships to drive referrals and recurring revenue.
  5. Market Expansion: Tap into US healthcare networks, leveraging industry contacts, conferences, and digital sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with Experts: Work with our RCM, billing, and operations teams to align services with client needs.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales for RCM, medical billing, or healthcare services.
  2. Strong network in the US healthcare industry – ability to connect with hospital administrators, practice managers, and physicians.
  3. Knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and payer regulations.
  4. Excellent communication & negotiation skills – ability to close high-value deals.
  5. Experience with CRM tools, Appolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and healthcare sales strategies.
  6. Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
