  • Corporate Billing Executive should be experienced in managing and overseeing billing activities related to corporate clients.
  • The Executive should ensure accuracy in billing, timely invoicing, and smooth financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update records of corporate billing, ensuring accurate tracking of billing, payments, and outstanding invoices.
  • Build strong relationships with the corporate sales team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation with the Sales team to maintain smooth customer receivable balances.
  • Handle daily adjustments of payments against each bill.
  • Possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies with clients when issues arise.
