About the Role:

Crazy Nerds is launching an exciting new venture in the UK financial services space, and we're hiring experienced Lead Generators / Hot Key Transfer Agents to join our growing team in Lahore.

This is not a marketing or SEO role. We're looking for confident, fluent English speakers with a strong telesales or BPO background who can speak to UK-based customers, generate leads for life insurance products, and live transfer qualified calls to UK advisors (Hot Key Transfers).

Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to UK customers regarding life insurance


• Engage customers professionally, understand their needs, and generate interest


• Qualify potential leads based on provided criteria


• Perform live hot key transfers of qualified leads to onshore UK financial advisors


• Accurately update CRM and call logs


• Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs (leads, talk time, transfer rate)

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or BPO (UK campaigns preferred)


• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent


• Strong communication and persuasive skills


• Confident, target-driven, and able to work independently on site


• Experience in insurance, financial services, or UK lead transfer campaigns is a strong plus
