Job Summary:

The incumbent must have a strong background in visual communication and branding, significantly enhancing the team's ability to create effective and engaging collateral (online and offline). In addition, the incumbent must enable the team to come up with an innovative way of thinking and approach especially regarding the design aspect of communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative visuals for various materials, including publications, social media, websites, and print, while following corporate brand guidelines.
  • Craft creatively and visually strong Key Visuals to enhance campaigns, and create synergies by collaborating with the team to ensure consistency of design execution across various mediums
  • Actively brainstorm and ideate with the team to craft creative content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization to create and execute creative campaigns.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of design needs for each task and the ability to translate them visually, and support internal stakeholders with design requirements (Digital, Print and BTL).
  • Oversee and lead day-to-day creative and design-related tasks, and create compelling logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Lead relevant team members' concepts to completion, including critical feedback on all creative content.
  • Liaise and collaborate with outsourced partners, vendors and service providers to ensure the quality of creative work required by the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in design from a reputed university
  • Should have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably as a designer in a creative agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidate must have a refined aesthetic sense, awareness of current digital trends, and a strong command on design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
