Job Description

• Elicit requirements using the most appropriate techniques to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and captured
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables
• Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and analyze their potential benefits to the business
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Follow the agile (Scrum/Kanban/Other) principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
• Confidently participate in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions etc
• Leverage communication skills to help translate between technical and business stakeholders
• Work as a part of squad on: individual projects multiple projects Work with multiple cross-functional systems Work with multiple cross-functional teams Working under the tutelage of more senior Business Analysts
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or a similar role in software development
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Business Analyst.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or a similar role in software development
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, especially in the role of Business Analyst.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  
  

Additional Information

• Experience with specific industry domain knowledge relevant to the projects
• Certifications such as AAC, ECBA, CBAP or similar
