Interwood Mobel is searching for a passionate and skilled Design Consultant KDW (Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert design guidance and innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs in kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects. You will work closely with customers from the initial design phase through to the installation process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers through each project stage, from initial site measurement to final installation.
  2. Create customized 3D designs (IMOS) as per customer profiling and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
  3. Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy, including site verification, point marking, PDI, and installation.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  5. Visit the customer's site at three stages: before designing their proposal, during installation, and after installation.
  6. Achieve the assigned sales targets and maintain an updated KDW opportunity matrix at all times.
  7. Coordinate with architects and contractors involved in our client's pending civil work, if any.
  8. Process client quotations and orders according to approved terms and conditions, ensuring final drawings and cost summaries are discussed and signed off by clients.
  9. Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
  10. Review quotations and drawings developed by the technical department and dispatch hard copies of orders to the factory.
  11. Manage and maintain the display in proper condition.
  12. Conduct visits for new leads/business development and regularly visit the field to generate sales.
  13. Send emailed progress reports to clients and architects every 15 days, from project start to completion.
  14. Follow all SOPs related to KDW and retail sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes.
  3. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  6. Attention to detail and a good understanding of market trends in interior design and furniture.
