Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and managing a high-performing team. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools

  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, needs, and pricing strategies

  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for senior leadership

Marketing Management

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Manage the companys brand presence across digital and offline platforms

  • Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising activities

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging promotional materials

  • Analyze marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (managerial experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful campaign execution

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools, and CRM systems

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
