Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers, pathologists, and laboratory managers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the region's market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing client queries and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborate with application specialists, marketing teams, and distribution partners to optimize sales performance.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Medical Technology, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience:
Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience in medical devices, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory equipment, preferably in PCR automation and cytology-based products.
