Job Overview:

We are hiring Lead Generation Executives who can confidently engage with U.S based customers via cold calling. Your primary job is to generate leads and convince potential clients about our services no hard selling, just smart conversations and rapport building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential U.S clients
  • Introduce our services in a clear confident manner
  • Generate leads and gather interest for follow up
  • Convince customers with a positive professional approach
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow up notes

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills written & spoken
  • Confident, persuasive, and good at conversations
  • Willing to work USA night shift (7 PM - 4 AM) (Mon - Fri)
  • Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation is a plus
  • Must be based in or near Johar Town, Lahore

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000
  • High Uncapped Commissions earn more with better performance
