Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for preparing financial statements and other financial reports using various accounting software. The role also involves analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, as well as communicating with clients as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

The following outlines the key responsibilities, but is not exhaustive:

  • Understanding the scope of work for each task within specified time frames.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Ensuring all necessary data for completing tasks is complete and communicating any missing information or data requirements.
  • Executing and processing data for the preparation of financial statements, modules, and software setups.
  • Working with clients to resolve queries related to job charges.
  • Collaborating with team members to expedite delivery times.

Qualifications:

CA finalist or article students, CAF qualified.

Experience:

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, XERO, Wave Apps is a plus.
  • Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented.
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
