Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach fresh graduates for resume writing & LinkedIn optimization services
- Contact HR professionals, startups, and companies for recruitment services
- Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and social media for client acquisition
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective pitching and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues
- Engage with university career offices and alumni groups to tap into fresh graduate markets
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation strategies
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic understanding of recruitment and career services is a plus
