Part-Time Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach fresh graduates for resume writing & LinkedIn optimization services
  • Contact HR professionals, startups, and companies for recruitment services
  • Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and social media for client acquisition
  • Convert leads into paying customers through effective pitching and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues
  • Engage with university career offices and alumni groups to tap into fresh graduate markets
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation strategies
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and career services is a plus

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission structure
