Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our capabilities.
  • Client Communication: Communicate our value proposition and build relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses.
  • Bidding Process Management: Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial client interaction to project closure.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to identify potential opportunities.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and pricing to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to proposals, contracts, and client communications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms like Upwork.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Upwork: Familiarity with Upwork policies and best practices.
