We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
The role involves conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment, and negotiating contracts and closing deals.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
In addition, we are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in SaaS, software development, or IT services industry
- Already working with ongoing clients and can bring potential leads from their network
- Has an established LinkedIn profile with visible activity and connections in relevant industries
- Possesses a strong understanding of outbound/inbound lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closing
- Open to working on a commission-only basis with high earning potential and performance-based incentives
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and remote collaboration
- Can pitch technical offerings clearly to clients ranging from startups to enterprises
