We are seeking a part-time Business Development Executive who knows how to generate and close leads through cold calling and email outreach. You'll be targeting UK-based service businesses with digital solutions that are relevant, in-demand, and easy to pitch.

  • Make outbound cold calls to UK-based small businesses
  • Run targeted email outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Woodpecker, or Lemlist
  • Present and sell digital services confidently over the phone and email
  • Identify qualified leads, follow up, and close sales independently
  • Manage prospects and outreach status using a CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, email copy, and outreach strategy

Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan (On-site)

Job Type: Part-Time (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Salary: PKR 30,000–50,000/month (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission

Who We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or email outreach
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, persuasive, and professional
  • A confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and cold email tools is a strong plus
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work during UK hours (2–6 PM PKT)
Compensation & Perks:
  • Base Salary: PKR 30,000–50,000/month (depending on experience)
