Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for ERP systems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose system errors, bugs, and configuration issues.
  • Support ERP deployments, patch fixes, and database configurations.
  • Help clients with data migration, user access, and initial setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Dev, Implementation) to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate ticket logs and ensure resolution within SLA.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Payroll).
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE Insert, Update, Delete).
  • Familiar with server-side tasks like ERP deployment, patch fixing, and DB setup.
