JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive

JOB LOCATION: Lahore, Islamabad and Sialkot

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The position holder will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the movement of shipments based on customer requirements. The incumbent must work closely with a Field Sales team and operations team. He / She must have sound knowledge and understanding of the customer's freight & shipping requirements.

  • Must be capable of selling the full range of DP World Logistics services and products to customers
  • Provide professional representation of DP World Logistics in satisfying customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction continuously.
  • Timely customer complaint reparation and inquiry response.
  • Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.
  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
  • Work closely with the sales team, operations team, finance team and management.
  • Action and respond to sales leads/sales messages/routing orders/letter of no objections in a timely fashion

WHAT YOU BRING (Skills, Qualification & Experience):

  • Graduate in any field (preferred BBA)
  • PIFFA Diploma (preferred)
  • Solid & demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry
  • Strong negotiable skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Pakistani market.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
  • Sound computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate with customers, carriers, networking offices.
  • He / She can speak and write fluent English - additional languages are a bonus, but not a must.
  • Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales & Business Support position.
