Job Description:

  • Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures across field teams and office environments.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of field operations, offices, and buildings for safety compliance.
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures.
  • Lead safety trainings, drills, and awareness programs for all staff and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Maintain records of safety checks, training sessions, and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and legal building codes.
  • Liaise with government bodies and relevant agencies on safety regulations and compliance issues.
  • Recommend improvements to reduce risks and promote safe practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Mechatronics Engineering
  • HABC/BSC/IOSH/NEBOSH or any other relevant certifications will be a plus
  • Good Communication & Analytical Skills
