We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections and audits, and leading training programs.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards in the workplace.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and staff on health and safety matters.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications, such as HABC, BSC, or IOSH, would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
