Job Title: Assistant Manager HSE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to minimize occupational risks and share progress periodically.
  2. Oversee the procurement, placement, and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Ensure the safety of contractors, partners, and visitors.
  4. Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for high-risk areas such as working at height, transportation, electrical work, equipment maintenance, fire prevention, and pandemic response.
  5. Promote the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols.
  6. Organize training, drills, and information sessions to foster a safety culture.
  7. Support branches in executing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  8. Handle crisis situations effectively and work collaboratively with security agencies and regulatory bodies.
  9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace safety awareness and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  10. Regularly update and disseminate guidelines to all employees.
  11. Assist in incident reporting, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
  12. Establish a reporting mechanism for accidents and incidents.
  13. Conduct regular inspections and audits, including machinery and tools.
  14. Position health and safety as a corporate priority.
  15. Prepare and submit reports related to security and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
