Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven, sharp, quick learner, and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably within the Software Service industry. The primary focus is to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities/leads through strategic lead-generation techniques, emphasizing the use of LinkedIn and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust network on LinkedIn, engaging with key decision-makers.
- Research, analyze, build, and track a database of B2B prospects and leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the BD Head to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system, with proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, ideally in the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, with proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator considered a strong plus.
- Extensive experience in data extraction and generating quality leads via LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and creative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team.
