We're looking for a passionate Customer Support Lead who's ready to be the voice of our brand and deliver knockout service. You'll lead the charge in building a world-class support experience that makes every customer feel like a VIP.
What You'll Do:- Lead all customer support channels (email, live chat, social DMs)
- Provide fast, empathetic, and solution-driven responses
- Build FAQs and help resources to empower customers
- Analyze feedback to improve service and product quality
- Work with marketing, logistics, and e-commerce for smooth workflows
- Set and track KPIs (response time, CSAT, resolution rate)
- Implement and optimize CRM tools like Zendesk or Gorgias
- 3+ years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication + emotional intelligence
- Leadership experience or ambition to grow in a lead role
- Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
- Familiar with Shopify, ticketing systems, and support tools
- Bonus if you love sports, fitness, or boxing
