What You'll Do:
  1. Lead all customer support channels (email, live chat, social DMs)
  2. Provide fast, empathetic, and solution-driven responses
  3. Build FAQs and help resources to empower customers
  4. Analyze feedback to improve service and product quality
  5. Work with marketing, logistics, and e-commerce for smooth workflows
  6. Set and track KPIs (response time, CSAT, resolution rate)
  7. Implement and optimize CRM tools like Zendesk or Gorgias
What We're Looking For:
  1. 3+ years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
  2. Excellent communication + emotional intelligence
  3. Leadership experience or ambition to grow in a lead role
  4. Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
  5. Familiar with Shopify, ticketing systems, and support tools
  6. Bonus if you love sports, fitness, or boxing
