At Victus Mark, we specialize in empowering businesses with digital transformation — from modern web design to strategic marketing and AI-powered automation. We're expanding and looking for a skilled AI Automation Expert to help us design and implement high-impact automation systems for clients in industries such as healthcare (clinics) and real estate.

Role Overview

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing business automation workflows that drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance client experiences. You'll work closely with our team and clients to analyze needs, recommend tools, and deploy automation strategies with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows tailored to business needs
  • Integrate and automate operations using tools such as Go High Level, N8N, Zapier, Notion, Make, and others
  • Use AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, ChatGPT, Google AI, etc.) to enhance automation logic
  • Optimize lead capture, CRM sequences, appointment scheduling, and internal communication flows
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients to understand objectives and deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide documentation and training on implemented systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with automation tools: Go High Level, N8N, Zapier, Notion
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, webhook setup, and multi-step workflows
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NLP APIs, AI-based chatbots) into automation flows
  • Familiarity with business process automation for industries like real estate and healthcare/clinics
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities and process-mapping expertise
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Make (Integromat), Airtable, or Pabbly
  • Experience building client dashboards or reporting flows
  • Understanding of sales funnels and email/SMS marketing automation
