Responsibilities:
- Plan & organize company's recruitment & selection procedures and allocate HR ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Develop, administer & evaluate applicant tests, identify staff vacancies, interview and select applicants.
- Administer compensation & benefits, performance management systems, training & professional development and safety programs for the employees.
- Analyze own observations & other data and reports to identify & determine causes of personnel problems; develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies & procedures.
- Maintain records & compile reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, turnover and absenteeism rates.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary actions & procedures against employees.
- Plan & conduct new employee orientation sessions to foster positive attitude toward work and organizational objectives.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the employees training & development, maintain quarterly training plan, perform training needs analysis, train & assist with preparation of training material.
- Maintain & update job descriptions of employees & organizational charts.
- Maintain the applicant-tracking database; prepare & follow budgets for HR operations; prepare HR forecast to project employment needs in the future.
- Recognize & solve employee's issues/work-related problems by use of tact, independent judgment, and skill in resolving conflicts. Develop constructive & cooperative working relationships with others.
MBA (HRM) along with 5 years experience in similar capacity in a factory-oriented manufacturing concern.
