Responsibilities
The Senior Enterprise Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious sales goals within our Arwen Tech. This position requires a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.
- Expand our work in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services through approved contracting channels, Help originate sales opportunities and take them through to successful closure.
- Respond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunities.
- Manage the SOW & provide status updates to clients for the incremental work sold.
- Work closely with the commercial director to report on P&L and MIS for incremental sales.
- Create/manage Account Based and/or industry specific marketing programs, primarily in-person events, webcasts, email campaigns and content syndication.
- Collaborate across business units (Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Product Development, Go to Market), with content marketing and campaign strategists, to align around messaging, event format, and goals.
- Build and maintain C level relationships across lines of business to gain an understanding of business goals, concerns & priorities within key accounts.
- Partner with extended internal teams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long term customer influence & achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new accounts and develop new opportunities within your existing accounts.
Weekly reports and quarterly review meetings preparation are routine work, this is to be communicated to higher management and making essential data recording system is part of the job.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) required to successfully perform the job:
- Knowledge: Must have a deep industry knowledge, must be motivated, highly structured and organized.
- Skills: Familiar with Arwen's portfolio of solutions and products. Well versed in MS Office. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Abilities: Reliable, responsible, dependable, and driven to exceed sales plan. Demonstrate reasonable and sound judgment. Ability to manage and deal with Decision influencers and makers at customer organizations. Ability to present and win business cases within Arwen's senior and top management executives.
- Experience: The minimum educational requirement to be a Key Account Manager is a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Engineering, or any related field, but candidates with an MBA or any advanced degree are preferred. A minimum of at least 07-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator) is required. Candidates with freight or more years of Sales in IT (SI) will have an edge. Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success. Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level. Highly self-motivated.
