Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join Daraz's courier business team (3PV business). The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the courier and logistics industry, with a strong background in Sales and Business Development. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to meet sales goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating with operations, product, and finance teams for seamless service.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing and presenting proposals and reports.
- Managing the client onboarding process end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 5-7 years in courier and logistics, with B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in business development and sales target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a tech-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
