Job Identification
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to be part of our Sales Team in Faisalabad.
What We Expect
- Ensure secondary pack-wise volume and NSR (Net Sales Revenue) targets are achieved; propose new strategies to boost sales.
- Provide accurate secondary sales forecasts for the assigned area.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaboration to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Handle all customer complaints promptly and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Keep an up-to-date fact sheet for every customer.
- Track and ensure timely settlement of market accounts (e.g., glass, accounts receivable, discounts, DME, etc.).
- Train and develop Presellers and Merchandisers to enhance field performance.
- Ensure the creation and retention of new outlets in line with targets and area potential.
- Analyze SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Regularly cleanse, validate, and update all sales data in the information systems for the assigned area.
- Ensure daily in-outlet execution by the team aligns with PicOS and RED criteria.
- Oversee the proper execution of all marketing initiatives within the area.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies.
- Supervise and ensure optimal utilization of company assets in the market (e.g., coolers, glassware, shelves, signage, outlet activation materials, etc.).
