Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within the HR field and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs and events.
  • Provide support in performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Respond to employee questions and help resolve HR-related issues.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
