Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Web Developer to manage our office IT infrastructure and maintain/update our AI-built website. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth computer operations, handle software updates, manage security, and integrate/optimize our website with the domain and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Development:

  • Update, maintain, and optimize our AI-built website.
  • Integrate the website with our domain and ensure proper backend functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and fix website issues (e.g., broken links, slow loading, security vulnerabilities).
  • Implement SEO best practices and ensure mobile responsiveness.
  • Manage hosting, SSL certificates, and domain configurations.
  • Collaborate with AI tools to enhance website features and automation.

Office IT & Computer Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain all office computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Ensure all systems have the latest software updates, security patches, and antivirus protection.
  • Standardize software installations (e.g., trading platforms, office tools, communication apps).
  • Manage user permissions, access controls, and network security.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely support.
  • Set up and maintain backup systems to prevent data loss.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with AI website builders (e.g., Wix ADI, Framer AI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of domain hosting, DNS, and SSL management.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux systems.
  • Experience with antivirus software, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and remote desktop support.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial/brokerage IT environments (a plus).
  • Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support and web development.
