We are hiring an enthusiastic
Upwork Bidder Intern (Leading to job)
to join our growing team at Terabit IT. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, writing proposals, and bringing in projects through Upwork to support our business growth.


Location:
Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad
(Onsite)

Timings: 10 am - 7 pm (Mon - Fri)


Note:
Only for residents of
Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on
    Upwork projects
    (mainly in mobile app development – Flutter & IT solutions)
  • Write
    high-quality proposals
    tailored to client needs
  • Maintain client communication and follow-ups for project closures
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align project requirements
  • Meet monthly targets for leads and conversions.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with
    Upwork bidding
  • Strong
    proposal writing
    and
    English client communication
    skills
  • Basic understanding of
    IT services, mobile app development, and SaaS
  • Ability to
    negotiate and close deals
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-driven

Requirements:

  • 1-6 months
    of Upwork bidding or freelancing experience
  • Familiarity with IT/Software industry projects (preferred)
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, IT, or a related field
    (preferred, not mandatory if experienced)
