**Upwork Bidder – Intern

Location: Bahria Phase 7, Islamabad (Onsite)

Stipend: PKR 25,000/month - leading to job

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder Intern to join our team at our Bahria Phase 7 office. This internship offers a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain practical experience in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication, particularly in the creative, digital, and IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage bidding on freelancing platforms, mainly Upwork
  • Search and identify relevant projects in domains like design, writing, marketing, IT, software development, and related services
  • Draft custom proposals tailored to specific client needs
  • Maintain communication records and follow up with potential clients
  • Assist in updating and managing client profiles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings
  • Report daily bidding activities and results to the team lead.

What We're Looking For:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (Marketing, Communication, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong written English and proposal writing skill
  • sBasic understanding of Upwork or other freelancing platforms (a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with internet research and documentation.
  • Interest in the digital/creative/IT services industry
