We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Tele Sales Representatives (TSRs) team and drive international B2B sales, especially in the US market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with strong leadership skills, proven IT services experience, and the ability to generate qualified leads and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing Services.
Lead a growing team of 3–4 TSRs and expand the team based on performance.
Strategically organize daily outreach and campaigns targeting international markets, especially the United States.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly paid sales targets of $20,000–$25,000.
Conduct effective sales presentations and coordinate with billing and technical teams to finalize projects.
Maintain detailed records using CRM platforms like HubSpot, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and forecast accuracy.
Submit weekly call reports, lead status updates, and performance metrics to the CEO/Director of Sales.
Stay updated on international market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Deliver exceptional client experience pre- and post-sale to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in international IT sales, especially targeting B2B clients in the US.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in leading telesales or inside sales teams.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Sales certifications preferred.
Cool-tempered, resilient under pressure, and skilled at objection handling.
