Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Manager, located in Abbottabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include marketing management, performance monitoring, and addressing customer inquiries and feedback. The Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency and meet company goals.

  • Leadership skills, including team management and staff development
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies and plans
  • Understanding of marketing management and financial oversight
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
