Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Multan. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, explaining insurance plans, customizing policies based on clients' needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include attending sales meetings, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance plans comprehensively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Prior experience in a sales role, especially in the insurance industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
