Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our growing remote tech team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in customizing, developing, and integrating Odoo ERP modules to support key business functions including CRM, dialer systems, accounting, HR, and helpdesk. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that enhance internal workflows and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize existing Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Helpdesk, Accounting, HR, Projects, Payroll)
  • Design and develop new Odoo modules and backend workflows based on business requirements
  • Integrate Odoo with external systems including:
  • Asterisk/Vicidial (VoIP) for call tracking and recordings
  • Microsoft Teams for ticket/chat logging and communication
  • Build and consume REST APIs and webhooks for cross-platform data syncing
  • Develop automated reports, dashboards, and background schedulers
  • Manage code versioning using Git and maintain module repositories
  • Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, backups, and environment configuration
  • Provide ongoing support, debugging, and performance tuning
RequirementsMust-Have:
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v14–v17) – Community or Enterprise
  • Proficient in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and QWeb
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, security/access control, and workflows
  • Experience in customizing and building Odoo modules
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Asterisk, Vicidial, or other VoIP dialers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API or Power Automate
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for front-end customizations
  • Domain experience in Telecom, Call Center, or ERP systems
