Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales (Medical Billing) professional located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's medical billing and RCM services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiations, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Insurance, and Medicare
  • Understanding of Denials, ICD-10 coding, and related procedures
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in healthcare or medical billing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
