We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT hardware sales efforts in the US and Canada. Job Role

IT Devices Online is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and incorporate it into sales strategies.
  • Build a strong personal brand within the industry.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, including pipeline, forecast, and revenue.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities and customer data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience is required
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Note: It's a Full-time On-site job in Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan time
